I know that you are the expert on you. You have all the strength inside you that you need for your journey. You are an amazing, brilliantly shining star with a beautiful purpose in the world. You are deeply and truly loved and lovable. You are worth more than diamonds and rarer than Tanzanite.
You are brave and beautiful and magnificent. You used to know this, deep down in your soul, but maybe you have forgotten along the way. It happens to all of us. We get overwhelmed by life's lessons- sometimes they are so painful- and we forget that we can dance in joy. We forget that joy is a choice we make fresh each morning. I can see you from afar and I will remind you of those gifts you've put away, forgotten, or lost. I will help you to remember the steps to your own dance and I will dance with you and cheer for you and hold up a mirror for you to see the brilliance of you shining back. I don't have the answers- you do. But I will ask the questions and hold the safe space so that you can find your answers.
